About Me
About Me
I'm a software engineer. That's the whole job — everything else is a specialty underneath it. I architect and ship production systems: web platforms, mobile apps, and AI infrastructure. I work in Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, Supabase, and the Claude API, and I pick the stack that fits the problem rather than the one I feel like using.
About My Work
Most of my work is building things that have to survive contact with real users — multi-tenant SaaS with proper data isolation, RAG systems that cite their sources instead of hallucinating, mobile apps in production on both stores. I ship for teams in the US, Norway, and the UK, and I care more about what happens in month six than what the launch screenshot looks like.
Beyond The Code
Being AI-native isn't a line on a services page for me — it's how I work. I build with Claude Code every day, which means I ship at a pace that used to need a small team, without the code review debt that usually comes with speed. If a better approach shows up mid-build, you'll get a working prototype, not a meeting invite.

Product Engineering
Full-stack web applications built to survive real users. Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase — multi-tenant architecture, auth, payments, and the unglamorous backend work that keeps a product running after launch.
AI Engineering
AI features that ship, not demos. Claude API integrations, RAG systems with source attribution, streaming pipelines, and agents that automate real workflows instead of generating plausible-sounding noise.
Mobile Development
Cross-platform apps with React Native and Expo. One codebase, iOS and Android, native performance — with offline support, push notifications, and app store deployment handled end to end.
Interface & Web
The layer your customers actually judge you on. Figma to production, GSAP motion, Webflow when it fits the brief — fast, accessible, and built so marketing can update it without filing a ticket.
Investment &
Returns
Every engagement is priced on scope, not hours — you know the number before work starts, and it doesn't move unless you change what you're asking for. Ranges below reflect real projects I've delivered.
$6k — $12k
3–5 weeks
One well-defined problem, shipped properly. A marketing site that converts, an AI feature inside an existing product, or an automation that removes a manual process.
- Scoped in a paid discovery call — no guesswork
- Next.js, TypeScript, and the right backend
- AI integration where it earns its place
- Performance and SEO handled, not bolted on
- Weekly Loom updates — no status meetings
- 30 days of post-launch fixes included
$18k — $45k
2–4 months
A real product built end to end. Multi-tenant SaaS, an AI platform with RAG and streaming, or a React Native app live on both stores.
- Architecture designed for month six, not launch day
- Full stack: web, mobile, API, database, auth, payments
- AI infrastructure — RAG, agents, evals, streaming
- React Native + Expo for iOS and Android
- CI/CD, monitoring, and documented handoff
- 60 days of post-launch support
From $7k/mo
Monthly, cancel anytime
I join your team as a senior engineer. For companies shipping continuously who need velocity without a full-time hire and the ramp-up that comes with it.
- Dedicated capacity, roughly 100 hours/month
- In your Slack, your standups, your codebase
- Feature work, architecture calls, code review
- AI capability built into your existing product
- Priority on anything urgent
- One month notice to stop — no lock-in
Working on something larger, or not sure which of these fits? Tell me what you're building and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.

What Satisfied
Clients Had To Say
Absolutely world-class creative. His amazing eye for detail and consistency made us look like a real deal. We're to the moon!
Getting creative work right shouldn't be an afterthought because it's one of the better and modern ways to grow your business by delivering tailored web.
Sure Fire! That's what is it's all about: amazing, shiny, unforced quality, with us nothing goes awry, absolutely the best.
Musawir turned our rough concept into a product that genuinely feels premium. The attention to animation and micro-interactions elevated everything — our users notice the difference.
We needed someone who could think through the UX and then build it flawlessly. He did both without breaking a sweat. The site performs beautifully across every device.
Working with Musawir felt effortless. He understood exactly what we were going for before we could even articulate it. Delivered on time and the result exceeded expectations.
From the initial wireframes to the final deployed product — the quality never dipped. He treats every pixel like it matters, because it does. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

We start with a kickoff call to align on the real problem, scope, and timeline. During the build, you get weekly Loom updates showing exactly what’s been built. At launch, everything is speed-optimized, documented, and you get 30 days of post-launch fixes included.
Next.js 15, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind on the web. React Native and Expo for mobile. Supabase and PostgreSQL for data, n8n for automation, Claude API and Gemini for AI features, GSAP for motion, and Webflow when the project calls for it. I pick the right tool for the job, not the trendy one.
Yes — React Native with Expo, so one codebase ships to both iOS and Android with native performance. That includes offline support, push notifications, and handling the app store submission process end to end. If your product needs web and mobile, you’re not coordinating two separate contractors.
Two things. First, how I work: I build with Claude Code daily, which means I ship at a pace that used to require a small team. Second, what I build: AI features that hold up in production — RAG systems that cite sources instead of hallucinating, agents with real guardrails, and evals that catch regressions before your users do.
Yes. I regularly jump into existing Next.js, React, and Webflow projects. I’ll audit what’s there, identify quick wins, and start shipping improvements within the first week.
It happens. If a better path shows up, I’ll surface it with a working prototype — not a Slack message asking for a meeting. We’ll adjust scope and timeline together. No surprise invoices.
Most of my clients are international — US, Norway, UK, and across Africa. I work async, communicate clearly, and deliver on time regardless of timezone.
